Danbury Mint 1930 Cadillac V-16 Roadster in 1:12 Scale
This model is centerpiece of my collection, both literally and figuratively. My pride and joy, and the first large scale (1:12) model I've ever owned, this Cadillac V-16 Roadster is truly a museum masterpeice, and must be seen in person to be fully appreciated, and it's HEAVY too at about 15 pounds. The convertible top operates and fits flawlessly, and with over 1,300 parts, and features like operating interior and dash lights, head and taillights, even brake lights and highbeams, it's quite the coversation piece. Finished in a rich looking two-tone green, light over dark, the elegant image glistens with perfect chrome details and real scale wire wheels. DM had a real hit with this model, and produced so many that they're probably not the best investment rarity-wise, but if you enjoy a model of superior quality and detail they are worth every penny.
